Überblick Metaverses & eigenen Avatar erstellen mit @romanjuk444 Nach den NFT's wenden wir unseren Blick auf einen weiteren grossen Trend im Web3, der unsere Lebens- und Arbeitswelt verändern könnte. Woher kommen sie, was können sie und werden wir wirklich bald alle dort arbeiten, feiern und gamen? Oder bleibt das alles doch nur eine Spielerei von verrückten Nerds? Wer möchte, kann sich im zweiten Teil des Kurses gleich einen eigenen Avatar erstellen, den er dann in diversen Welten einsetzen kann. Auch dazu ist es von Vorteil, den eigenen Rechner mitzubringen, damit das Wallet aus dem letzten Crashkurs gleich wieder benutzt werden kann. Jene ohne Wallet haben die Gelegenheit, eines zu erstellen. - - - - -

Während das Web1 hauptsächlich nur eine Linksammlung zu Bild- und Text-Datenbanken war, lernten wir im Web2 mit SocialMedia mit dem Internet zu interagieren, zum Preis der Übergabe unserer Daten und ID’s an eine Handvoll Tech-Giganten. Web3 verspricht dies nun wieder in den Besitz des Nutzers zu bringen und sowie eine Dezentralisierung der Macht im digitalen Raum. Dagegen kämpft z.B. Meta/Facebook mit riesigen Investitionen ins eigene Metaverse an, denn Web3 gefährdet ihr ureigenstes Kapital. Wo stehen wir in diesem Ringkampf und was für Risiken und Chancen bieten sich? Können DAO’s (Dezentralized Autonomous Organizations) künftig Regierungen und Behörden ersetzen? Warum stehen Blockchain-Entwicklungen im Zentrum dieser Entwicklung? Im Zweiten Teil werden wir uns dann wieder handfest betätigen, kaufen virtuelles Land direkt vor unserer Haustüre und setzen ein 3D Modell darauf, welches wir dann fortan mit unseren Handys betrachten können.
